Laura Linney

Laura Linney, born February 5, 1964 in New York, New York U.S.A. was an American actor who has a reputation for playing powerful, but fragile characters. Linney was born into a theatre-loving family. Her father, Romulus Linney was a renowned writer. She graduated in 1986 in the class of 1986 from Brown University. She then went on to study Theatre Arts at the Arts Theatre School Moscow before graduating from Juilliard School with a M.F.A. New York City 1990. The actress was on Broadway for the first time in the year 1990.
