Maria Bartiromo was the first American journalist to broadcast live on the New York Stock Exchange. She is the host of several well-known show to her name. With more than twenty years of experience as a journalist, Maria Bartiromo was instrumental in establishing the television channel CNBC to become one of the most prominent in economic and business reporting. An extremely successful journalist her work proves she was always meant to be a journalist in this field. Maria struggled with picking a path she wanted to pursue as woman. One day she thought that she would become an interior designer. When she realized the thrill journalism has to offer there was no looking to go back. Not only is she an excellent journalist, but also an inspiration for women looking to make it in a society dominated by men. The award was given to her as one of the 50 Faces that Shaped the Decade she also became the first journalist of female gender to be inducted into the Cable Hall of Fame. Jeanne Marie Tripplehorn has been an American actress in the film industry television and on stage since the latter part of 1970. Thespian Jeanne Marie Triplehorn has been working professionally for the past 27 years. Her stage debut came in 1990 with an Off-Broadway version of The Big Funk directed by John Patrick Shanley. The following year, she was cast in her first role on TV in The Perfect Tribute. In 1992, when she was a supporting character in the film Basic Instinct the film, her career started to take off. The Firm was the film where she became the leading lady for the first and sole time. This was opposite Tom Cruise, Gene Hackman and many others. In the 90s, her work included working with top Hollywood actors like Gwyneth as in Sliding doors Hugh Grant Mickey Blue Eyes as well as Julie Andrews Relative Values.
