Kelly Michelle Stables was born in St. Louis Missouri where she sang at The Muny Opera. Kelly Michelle Stables graduated with honors in the class of 2004 from The University of Missouri Columbia in Columbia, MO. She is a graduate of the BA diploma in Theatre and Communication. Her career began with the city of Los Angeles as a theater artist, performing and choreographing more than 20 musicals and plays. They included The Little Foxes Brady Bunch The Musical Peter Pan and The Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera's The Musical Peter Pan. Additionally, she performed 7 main roles in LA's Storybook Theatre. Kelly began to land the roles for films and TV as she studied improvisation at The Groundlings. It is her voice and diminutive stature that have enabled Kelly to be able to tackle a number of diverse characters. Her work with Naomi Watts as Samara the villain in The Ring 2 is well recognized, but she's better recognized for playing the lively receptionist on Two and a Half Men. Kelly played the part of a paralegal and the party animal in TV The Land's The Exes as a series regular from 2011-2015. Additionally, she played the sassy sister of Alyssa in ABC's Romantically Challenged. On the The CW's No Tomorrow she portrayed the stressed suburban mom. She has lent her soprano singing voice to a number of animated shows like Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry and Sofia the First. Recently, she appeared in NBC's smash comedy Superstore as the dim, however adorable Cloud 9 worker. The private world of her life is quiet. She enjoys having time with her family, including two children.
