Alinity Divine

Alinity has been a part of a lawsuit against Twitch. Erik Estavillo, a Twitch participant from California has filed a civil suit seeking $25 million in damages from Twitch because they exposed them to "overly sexually provocative and explicit material from various female streamers" as they browsed the site. According to Dexerto's court records, Estavillo, who had before sued Microsoft and Sony as well as Nintendo and Blizzard in the past, filed his lawsuit on June 15 and Twitch was given an official summons that same day. Estavillo is one of the men who, as per his complaint to Santa Clara Superior Court of California which was filed on June 15, suffers from obsessive/compulsive disorders such as addiction to sexual substances and illnesses that require him to depend solely on the internet for entertainment. The complaint also claims Twitch causes these problems. They also listed a few female Twitch streamers who claim that they "continue to expose users to sexually addictive content and content daily on a regular and consistent schedule." Other than Alinity, these include in the request for relief it demands that all streamers listed above permanently banned for violating Twitch's TOS, together with a sum of $25 million "to be split among the plaintiff and other Twitch Prime Turbo users," the remainder of which will go to different charities.
